r． The warranty period is calculated from the day the customer receives the product. The warranty scope is all contract subject goods involved in the customer's ship purchase contract. The warranty principles are as follows:

r. The material of the hull is guaranteed not to crack, rot, or harden for three years. (Requires proper use and maintenance)

r B. The seams of the hull are guaranteed not to delaminate or crack for one year. (When the outer coating separates from the fiber surface, or the seam exceeds its structural strength, causing airtightness problems in the hull, including a seam or the entire boat, Danfeng Yachts provides a free warranty.)
r < br/> r． Other hull accessories, including limited items such as oar locks, handles, inflators, backpacks, transom mounting plates, D-rings, lanyards, H-joints and bottom plates, are covered by a one-year warranty.

r． Because the warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship, it does not apply to normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by:

r. Neglect or lack of maintenance, accidents, abnormal operation or unreasonable installation and maintenance.

r B. Use accessories that are out of specification or not specified by Danfeng Yachts, such as using a power unit that exceeds the yacht’s recommendations.

r． Wrong storage methods and incorrect maintenance operations.

r D. Modify, add, and move accessories without authorization.

r． All warranties do not include additional or consequential costs such as shipping, hauling and storage costs.

r． In order to enjoy the warranty service conveniently and quickly, please keep in mind the time of purchase and the name of the shopper so that we can retrieve your data in the system. If the information you provide cannot be found in our after-sales system database, That adds to the difficulty of warranty. It should be pointed out that the products returned to the factory need to be delivered, mailed or logistics to our designated location, and the costs incurred are borne by you.

r． If the boat fails or is damaged outside the warranty scope, you can negotiate with the factory to arrange a time to return it to the factory for repair. All costs incurred (including but not limited to transportation, labor, parts, etc.) will be borne by the buyer.
